• We’ll call you to walk through your plan, answer your questions, and confirm your enrollment. 
• During the call, we’ll make sure you’ve received your materials and Member ID card, and explain your benefits. 
• Missed our call? No worries—you can reschedule at a time that works for you. You can also watch this video to review the topics covered.

Plan Materials

If you haven't received your materials yet, don't worry—they are on the way! Be on the lookout for these plan materials in your mailbox:

• Member ID Card: Your member ID card is the key to getting the care you need. You can view or print your digital card anytime in your secure member portal
  • Your coverage starts on the effective date listed on your card.
• Welcome Kit: A helpful guide to your plan and using your benefits.
• Wellcare Spendables^® Card: Some plans include a Wellcare Spendables benefit. Your card will arrive in a white and teal envelope. Activate it right away using the instructions provided.
  • NOTE: Not all plans include the Wellcare Spendables benefit.
• Benefit Snapshot: A quick overview of your plan’s key benefits and cost details.

Check Your Member ID Card

• Confirm your name and information are correct.
• Review important phone numbers on the back, including Member Services, benefit vendors, and more.

Choose or Confirm Your Primary Care Provider (PCP)

• Your PCP is your go-to doctor for when you need care. You can choose or change your PCP anytime.
• Need help? We can help you choose a PCP during your Welcome Call, or use the Find a Provider tool on your member portal or plan website.

Schedule Your Annual Preventive Visit

• We recommend scheduling your preventive visit with your PCP within your first 90 days.
• Learn more about how to prepare and what you can expect during your annual preventive visit.

Create Your Member Portal Account

• Your secure member portal is your personalized hub for managing your health plan.
• Through your secure member portal, you can view your plan materials, access your digital Member ID Card, review and update your email address and phone number, search for in-network doctors and pharmacies, and more.

EntryKey ID

When creating your portal account, you’ll be prompted to set up an EntryKey ID—an extra layer of security that uses two-step verification with your email and password. It’s a safe and easy way to access your health information.
